We at authenticc.shop accept multiple payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), popular digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes. All online transactions are fully secure and encrypted.

To apply a coupon, add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout. You will see an "Apply Coupon" field — enter your coupon code there and click Apply. For your first purchase on authenticc.shop, use our exclusive first-order discount coupon available on our homepage or welcome email to save on your order.

We offer Express Delivery options for select pin codes. At checkout, if Express Delivery is available for your location, you will see it as an option. Choosing this ensures your order is prioritized and dispatched the same day or the next business day. Standard delivery usually takes 4–7 business days.

We partner with trusted courier services like Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, and DTDC to ensure safe and timely delivery. Currently, authenticc.shop delivers only within India. We are working on expanding our international delivery options — stay tuned for updates!

You can check whether your pin code is serviceable directly on the product page. Enter your 6-digit pin code in the "Check Delivery" section and click Check. It will show you the estimated delivery date and available shipping options for your area.

authenticc.shop offers free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee is applicable which will be shown at checkout. Express Delivery charges may vary depending on your location and order size.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link and your AWB (tracking) number. You can use this link to track your shipment in real time. Alternatively, log in to your authenticc.shop account, go to "My Orders", and click on "Track Order" next to your order.

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by going to "My Orders" in your account and clicking "Cancel Order". Once the cancellation is confirmed, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. For prepaid orders, the amount is refunded to your bank account or card. For COD orders, refund is issued as store credit or bank transfer.

Your invoice is automatically generated and sent to your registered email after your order is placed. You can also download it from the "My Orders" section in your account. Regarding address changes — once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be modified. Please contact our customer support immediately at support@authenticc.shop if you need assistance, and we will try our best to help before the order is dispatched.

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. To initiate a return or exchange, go to "My Orders", select the item, and click "Return / Exchange". Once your request is approved, our courier partner will pick up the item from your address (in most pin codes) or you may need to self-ship it.

We are extremely sorry for this inconvenience. If you have received a partial order, missing item, or a tampered/void packet, please do not accept or open it further. Take clear photos and a video of the packet and contact our support team at support@authenticc.shop within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate and resolve your issue promptly.

To place a return or exchange request, log in to your account, go to "My Orders", select the relevant order, and click "Return / Exchange". Fill in the reason and submit. If reverse pickup is unavailable at your pin code, you will be asked to self-ship the item. The self-ship address will be shared with you via email once your request is approved. Please use a trackable courier and share the tracking details with us.

Currently, authenticc.shop does not offer any alteration or customization services. All products are sold in their standard sizes and designs as listed on the website. We recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order. If you need size guidance, feel free to contact our support team.

We welcome wholesale and bulk order inquiries. To get started, please email us at wholesale@authenticc.shop with your business name, contact details, the products you are interested in, and the quantity required. Our wholesale team will get back to you within 2–3 business days with pricing and terms.

If your payment failed but your account was charged, please do not worry — the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. If the refund does not reflect after this period, please contact your bank. For any payment-related issues or to retry payment on a pending order, please reach out to our support at support@authenticc.shop with your order ID and payment screenshot.
